The University of Social Sciences and Humanities – VNU HCMC has signed over 250 Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) with many partners all over the world. The kickoff of these MOU’s has marked important milestones on the development and internationalization path of the University.

The implementation of cooperative agreements has attained some achievements and contributed remarkably to the growth of the USSH.



Scholarship grants, exchange programs, and overseas training programs have greatly contributed to the staff development of the USSH (For example: programs in collaboration with United Board, Harvard Yenching Institute…)



International projects have facilitated USSH lecturers and researches to have access with new research methods, working styles and research collaboration chances from top foreign professors.




Numerous international projects with scientific and practical significance, e.g. “To build up and enhance capabilities of the community and local authorities on environmental reclamation among underprivileged residential areas” project.




International conferences and symposiums as well as joint publications also provided USSH lecturers with an opened sphere to update cutting-edge scholarly knowledge, to exchange academic research results, to put forward their research outcomes…



Short-term and long-term programs offer opportunities for USSH students and staff to study and do research in foreign prestigious educational institutions.



Joint programs and joint credit acceptance among partnership members at undergraduate and graduate levels greatly contribute to the updating and standardization of the USSH academic curricula.



The USSH lecturers are given the chance to participate in teaching international programs (joint programs in 2+2 or 3+1 bachelor’s degree in collaboration with Guangxi University, University of Chungwoon respectively as well as the MSc. in Media and Communication Management
