Delegates from The Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia visited the USSH

On December 4, the USSH met with the delegation from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Cambodia.

Dr. Le Huu Phuoc - Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Vice President of the USSH and Dr. Pham Thi Hong Hoa - Deputy Head of Department of International Cooperation & Project Development attended the working session with the RUPP including Prof. Un Leang- Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities; Prof. Bun Serey - Deputy Dean and Mr. Our Chenda - Head of Department of Planning and Finance.

 

Dr. Le HuuPhuoc briefly introduced the history and development of the USSH, with highlights on the University’s faculties, departments as well as training programs. In response, Prof. Un Leang talked about the RUPP, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities with their associated programs, and theupcoming plan to develop the faculty. During the working session, representatives from both sides expressed their interests and optimistic visions for future cooperation between the two universities.

A campus tour to the USSH’s Campus II and VNU-HCM Dormitory in Thu Duc District wrapped up the RUPP visit.
