The Center for National Policy and Strategy Research is under the management of the USSH, VNUHCM.

It aims to:

1. carry out research on strategic issues and devising strategies for the development of national economy, society, culture and environment;

2. carry out research and organize consultancy, social assessment and social criticism activities on policies, programs, projects for economic, social, cultural and environmental development;

3. upgrade the scientifc research staff, and partly contribute to the development of undergraduate and graduate training;

4. cooperate with domestic and international scientifc and training institutions to organize scientifc workshops and conferences;

5. publish scientifc publications, announce scientifc products and carry out scientifc and technology services;

6. produce annual scientifc reports, journals and magazines.
